我们正在寻找一位拥有极高专业素养和卓越领导力的高级游戏项目管理经理，来管理公司旗下游戏项目。作为项目管理者，你不仅仅是进度的记录者，更是项目研发体系的架构师和变革者。你的核心使命是：通过科学的项目管理方法论，建立可预测、高效率、透明化的研发管线，确保项目按时、保质、可控地交付，从而将宏大的游戏愿景变为现实。

核心职责 (Responsibilities):

【项目管理】制定并确立项目的制作与管理标准，在推进研发进度的同时，重点关注高质量的交付、管线效能以及团队的健康状态。
【风险预警】提供清晰、透明的项目进度与管线健康度更新。敏锐地识别开发中的潜在风险，并协调核心利益相关者及时跟进、解决或升级问题。
【流程优化】开发并持续优化跨职能团队的工作流与沟通渠道。打通策划、美术、程序等不同部门间的协作壁垒，消除无效沟通和返工摩擦。
【协同对齐】促进各研发部门在排期和优先级上保持紧密对齐，确保责任落实，让团队的承诺都能转化为按时的交付。

任职要求 (Qualifications):

经验要求： 8年以上游戏行业游戏自研经验，至少拥有3年以上管理经验（管理过 PM 或同等职能团队），有从零到一的项目经验优先。
项目背景：必须具备大型、复杂游戏项目的全周期研发管理经验。熟悉主流游戏引擎开发流程。
专业认证：精通敏捷开发模式，并能根据项目特点灵活融合。持有 PMP 或 ACP/CSM 认证者优先。
工具精通：专家级掌握 Jira 等项目管理工具、Excel/Tableau 等数据分析工具，并了解版本控制系统（如 Perforce/Git）及 CI/CD 流程。
