The Opportunity Mindtickle's next chapter of growth lives inside the accounts we already have. We're looking for an Account Manager to own a portfolio of NAMER accounts end-to-end, building the relationships and territory plans that turn renewals into expansions, and expansions into bigger, stickier partnerships. You'll carry the number for revenue retention and growth across your book, with direct access to leadership whenever a deal needs a push, it's a founder-led sales cycle, so when you ask, senior leadership jumps in. The upside matches the ownership: commissions are uncapped, plus a cut of deal revenue on top. And you'll do it all while selling and training on Mindtickle's own world-class revenue enablement platform, putting you at the forefront of the sales revolution you're helping build.

What You'll Drive Own quota attainment across gross revenue retention and expansion - win the renewals, then grow them. Build whitespace maps and account plans that turn “let's see what happens” into a real growth roadmap for every account in your territory. Source and build your own expansion pipeline - mine your accounts for what they need next instead of waiting on inbound. Run account management across the full lifecycle, from relationship-building through renewal, expansion, and everything in between. Keep forecasts accurate and CRM data clean enough that leadership can trust the numbers, not just hope for it. Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals with persuasion, resilience, and hustle - churn risk and escalations land on your desk, and you close them out. Build the business case and ROI story that wins executive alignment and gets budget approved. Partner across Customer Success, Engagement Management, Product, Support, Services, and Engineering to solve what no single team can fix alone.

What You Bring CXO-level communication - you can hold your own in the boardroom with economic buyers, not just the champion who got you in the door. A proven ability to navigate complex deals and internal dynamics - multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, no single decision-maker. Persistent and driven - a stalled deal or a “not now” doesn't end your pursuit; it just changes your next move. A track record of owning a renewals or expansion book in quota-carrying SaaS or software sales, with the forecasting and CRM discipline to back it up. Comfortable being the escalation point - when an account is at risk, you're the one who steps in and turns it around. Comfortable running structured account-planning and whitespace-mapping to build your territory roadmap. Experience owning an annual quota of at least $500K, with the discipline to hit it consistently. Nice to Have Experience selling into revenue enablement, sales tech, or L&D/EdTech is a plus. Prior President's Club or similar recognition for quota overachievement is nice to have.
