Join a fast-paced marketing technology environment where HTML, data, and MarTech come together to create highly personalized customer experiences. This role combines hands-on technical execution with marketing strategy, campaign optimization, and customer journey development. You will work across omnichannel initiatives and leading customer engagement platforms to translate business goals into effective digital solutions. The position offers meaningful exposure to consulting, implementation, managed services, and client-facing engagements. You will collaborate with marketing, data, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities and improve digital maturity. Success will require strong technical expertise, analytical thinking, organization, and a genuine interest in innovation. This is a 7-month fixed-term maternity cover offering the opportunity to make an immediate impact across multiple client projects.

Design, develop, and optimize marketing campaigns and customer journeys using digital data across MarTech platforms and omnichannel/O2O strategies. Translate client marketing and business objectives into actionable technical solutions and effective customer experiences. Provide MarTech consulting and advise clients on how different technologies and platforms can work together to achieve business and marketing goals. Identify opportunities, requirements, and areas for improvement that can help clients address marketing challenges and strengthen their digital maturity. Lead consulting, implementation, and managed services projects across a range of MarTech tools and platforms. Develop and maintain high-quality HTML and CSS assets supporting customer engagement campaigns and digital experiences. Use AMPscript to create and customize data-driven marketing experiences within Salesforce Marketing Cloud environments. Apply data and customer insights to optimize campaigns, journeys, engagement, and marketing effectiveness. Manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously while maintaining visibility across strategic priorities and technical execution. Build strong client relationships by delivering reliable solutions, communicating effectively, and contributing to long-term marketing success. Collaborate with internal specialists and client stakeholders across marketing, data, technology, and strategy. Stay current with emerging MarTech capabilities and contribute innovative ideas that improve campaign performance and customer experiences. Requirements 3–4 years of relevant experience working with MarTech, marketing technology, digital data, or related marketing technology environments. Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS. Strong hands-on experience with AMPscript, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). Practical experience with Customer Engagement Platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Braze. Experience using data and technology to support marketing strategies, customer journeys, campaign activation, and personalization. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand business objectives and convert them into practical technical solutions. Ability to understand how different MarTech components integrate and contribute to broader marketing and business outcomes. Experience with Customer Data Platforms such as Tealium or Segment is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong organizational and project-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, priorities, and deliverables simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the confidence to present ideas and technical recommendations to clients. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution and attention to detail.
