The Role   We are seeking a qualified Executive Assistant to support a small team of Portfolio Managers at Schonfeld in Singapore. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing a diverse workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.                                                                                                                         What you’ll do   This is a role with many hats; this candidate will be responsible for extensive scheduling and calendar management, preparing agendas for meetings, expenses, answering phones and taking messages. They will arrange domestic and international travel, accommodations, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements including flights, hotels, car service, meetings, restaurant reservations.
