As an Account Growth Executive , you will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing client relationships , identifying their needs, and ensuring their best experience with our product.  This role is an excellent opportunity for those aspiring to grow into a successful career in A ccount M anagement and S ales in the ticket marketplace .   Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY What You'll Do:  Market share growth and relationship management:      Grow new and existing client accounts in line with quarterly targets set, that will contribute to overall market share growth    Build and develop strong relationships with assigned clients in line with quarterly goals set by Director of Sales    Proactively identify client account’s growth opportunities and use available frameworks to execute it    Investigate and understand client needs and objectives to position our products or services effectively    Generate the ideas and become critical contributor to the overall team’s success   Drive performance that enables the Account Growth Team to achieve its quarterly goals.   Proactively deepen your knowledge and understanding of the industry to independently own and manage your book of business   Client Support     Serve as clients' main point of contact, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly    Advocate for clients' needs and coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction    Support other teams in communication with a client   Documentation and Reporting:     Maintain accurate client records, communications, and account activity in Salesforce Prepare regular reports and updates on account status and progress    What You've Done:  Experience - 4+ years of proven experience in sales (ideally ad-driven)/ account management, ideally e-commerce or IT/tech industry. Education - Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing preferred.   Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    Strong organizational and time management abilities.    Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.    Eager to learn and grow within the company. The anticipated gross base pay range is below for this role. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies.
