It does not by itself show that students learned more, retained material longer or achieved better academic outcomes. Those questions require independent research with outcome measures and appropriate comparison groups.

For education leaders, the most useful interpretation is therefore not “AI has solved tutoring.” It is that AI-mediated learning support is already occurring at very large scale, including outside normal classroom hours.
