What We Offer
- Guaranteed year-round work
- Annual income of $150k - $300k
- Flexible schedule

- Product reimbursement About the Role
- Install home remodeling products according to Rite Window standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect Key Qualifications
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential replacement windows, bending metal, wrapping windows, caulking
- Established LLC or Business
- Must have General Liability insurance
- Cargo van, box truck, or enclosed trailer (must be able to haul materials)
