- Flexible Schedule About the Role
- Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures
- Apply finish work as needed for every application
- Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments
- Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion
- Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect Key Qualifications
- 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience
- Knowledge of residential window installation - pocket/replacement windows
- Experience bending metal and wrapping exterior frame of window
- Must have an EIN with established LLC or Business
- Must have general liability and workers compensation insurance
- Preferred crew size is 2 or more
- Preferred crew has their own enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer
