The physiotherapist will use the Awake exoskeleton device in gait rehabilitation sessions, working alongside the medical team to support the patient's functional recovery.
Main Responsibilities
Job responsibilities:
- Participate in training, coaching, and functional assessment sessions with the AWAKE device, in accordance with the study protocol.
- Supervise the safe use of the device and provide the necessary assistance to the patient during the learning and training process.
- Monitor the patient's functional progression and assess their evolution between the different training phases based on clinical and safety criteria.
- Support the training and coaching of the patient's regular caregiver for the safe use of the device.
- Participate in the functional assessments and the device performance evaluation scheduled in the study protocol.
- Record data, observations, and session results in the data collection systems established for the study.
Qualifications And Experiencie
A degree in Physiotherapy recognised in Spain, or an equivalent qualification recognised under EU directives for the free movement of health professionals, is required. Official registration with the relevant professional body (Col·legi de Fisioterapeutes) is required.
Fluency in Spanish and Catalan, sufficient to communicate clearly with patients, families and the clinical team.
Knowledge of neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation principles in adult populations. Familiarity with gait analysis and gait rehabilitation techniques. Basic understanding of robotic technology-assisted rehabilitation devices.

- The gross mensual remuneration for the position is 2.195€.
