2026 NY Women's Insights Day

We are inviting a small cohort of exceptional women and women-identifying students to attend our 2026 NY Women’s Insight Day. Participants will learn more about the firm, hear from the senior leaders, meet and network with bankers. Select participants will receive a guaranteed first-round interview for the Ardea Partners’ 2028 summer internship program. 1. Identify as a female student
2. Be enrolled in an undergraduate program, with an anticipated graduation date between December 2028 and July 2029
