Full job description
Interns join transaction teams working on domestic and international advisory and investment assignments. Duties cover commercial, financial, accounting and industry due diligence, financial models, valuation work and project coordination. The role offers practical exposure to an integrated advisory and investing business. A subsequent full-time position in Shanghai may be possible after graduation, but is not guaranteed. Requirements & qualifications
The posting targets students graduating in summer 2027 or summer 2028.
