The work we do has an impact on millions of lives, and you can be a part of it. We help protect our customers against life’s uncertainties. Regardless of where you work within the company, you’ll be helping provide protection and peace of mind when our customers need it most.
Education : Undergraduate or Graduate students. This program is designed and optimized for rising Junior or Senior Undergraduate students. Students must be actively enrolled in either an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program as of May 31st, 2027 to be eligible. Majors : Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Cyber Security, Data Science or similar.
Work as an active contributor on a delivery team, supporting real projects throughout the full software development lifecycle Use AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and support daily engineering activitiesIdentify, design, and implement automation solutions for manual business processes Contribute to software quality through testing, troubleshooting, and documentation Participate in Agile team ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives Collaborate with team members to deliver solutions that meet business and technical requirements Assist with other duties and special projects as assigned to support team objectives
