Tips for this conference
Practical Job and Scholarship guidance. These tips do not replace official rules or create new eligibility requirements.
- Choose the on-site or online ticket before 21 September; late rates are €430 + VAT on site and €350 + VAT online.
- If joining the 24 September port-area visit, provide the identity information requested by the organizer.
- Confirm whether you are registering as an attendee, speaker, poster presenter, exhibitor or scholarship/travel-grant applicant because deadlines can differ.
- For abstracts or papers, follow the exact theme, template, word limit, author format and publication rules from the official call.
- If travel is required, check invitation-letter timing, visa processing, accommodation and travel-support deadlines early.
- Review the agenda and speakers in advance and plan the sessions and people most relevant to your goals.
Verification notes
Official conference site confirms 24–25 September 2026, hybrid format and registration through 21 September. Current on-site late registration is €430 + VAT and online late registration is €350 + VAT. Because prices differ by participation mode, the structured single fee field is left null and both official rates are preserved in details/notes.
Job and Scholarship is the discovery and verification layer. Confirm eligibility, dates, salary/funding and application instructions on the original source before submitting anything.
