The programme includes a sustainability workshop on 10 November, conference days on 11–12 November and an optional city tour on 13 November. Current early rates through 15 September are RM 600 local / USD 200 international for students and RM 800 local / USD 350 international for normal participants; regular rates until 15 October are RM 800 / USD 250 for students and RM 1,000 / USD 400 for normal participants. Registration includes conference materials, sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.
