Participants create an original four-panel 4-koma work. The official call accepts entries from people of any age, profession or sex and provides child, youth, adult, grand-prize and special-mention categories. Digital submissions must be sent as PDF with the participant's name, age, address, telephone number and work title; physical submissions can be delivered to Vitrina de Valonia or the Embassy of Japan on the published weekday schedule. Copied or AI-generated works are not accepted. Winning works are scheduled to be exhibited from 30 October, with winners announced on 31 October.
