The 9th Global Reggae Conference will be held 23–26 February 2027 at The University of the West Indies, Mona. The call for papers opened 13 July 2026 and closes 30 September 2026. Proposals must be submitted by email in English or Jamaican following the organizer's modality-specific limits. Accepted work must be presented in person. The organizer states that selected works will be peer-reviewed and published in a collection, and accepted authors/co-authors must register for the event for inclusion in the programme.
