The researcher will work in the Data-Intensive Systems group and collaborate with the Centre for Science Studies. The project develops normative criteria, metrics and algorithms for AI explainability and connects philosophical evaluation with practical XAI development. The fixed-term full-time appointment runs from 1 December 2026 to 30 November 2028.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants should hold or expect to hold a relevant PhD and have strong expertise in AI models and algorithms, preferably explainable AI, together with a strong research/publication profile in machine learning, data mining or closely related areas.
