The Department of Community Development’s pilot Qudwati program is scheduled from September through 30 October 2026. It includes an opening session, three interactive workshops and a closing ceremony. Themes include character development and resilience, analytical thinking and financial decision-making, and preparing for family life. The official FAQ says participation is completely free and participants who satisfy program requirements receive a certificate of participation.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Emirati nationals, reside in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, and be 18–24 years old. They should be willing to participate actively, commit to attending the sessions, and complete pre- and post-program assessment activities. Registration is subject to review and selection and does not guarantee acceptance.
