You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."
Full job description
You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough." You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built. At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably. You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land. Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

You'll serve as the primary liaison with client executive leadership, project controls, legal, and third-party stakeholders, including local jurisdictions and regulatory agencies. You'll lead contract administration activities including change management, claims avoidance and resolution, risk management, and compliance with contract requirements. You'll establish and enforce project governance, reporting structures, and performance metrics consistent with rail standards and FTA / FRA requirements. You'll direct multidisciplinary teams including construction management, design support, quality assurance, safety, environmental compliance, and stakeholder coordination. You'll coordinate closely with stakeholders to manage permitting, utility relocations, traffic control, and community impacts. You'll oversee implementation of project controls systems including cost management, scheduling, and risk tracking, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of issues. You'll lead executive level reporting, including preparation of briefings, Board reports, and stakeholder presentations. You'll foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment to resolve issues at the lowest level and maintain project momentum. Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities.
