Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Coordinator (Performance Marketing Agency) based in United States. The Account Coordinator will support high-impact performance marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping projects organized, deadlines on track, and client engagements moving forward. You will work closely with Account Managers, media specialists, and cross-functional teams to coordinate deliverables, support reporting, and maintain strong client communication. The position offers hands-on exposure to leading digital advertising and marketing platforms while providing opportunities to develop broader performance marketing expertise. AI tools are an important part of the working environment, with an emphasis on using technology to improve efficiency, creativity, and quality. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their digital marketing career who is proactive, curious, and motivated to grow.
Track project progress, manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and ensure client work remains organized and on schedule. Prepare clear and actionable notes during internal and client meetings, helping teams maintain alignment on decisions, priorities, and next steps. Support campaign pacing and retainer tracking while helping Account Managers maintain visibility into account activity and priorities. Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, coordinate requests, and help maintain strong and responsive client relationships. Develop foundational knowledge of key performance marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot, and related tools, to support campaign strategy and execution. Create and compile performance data and reports with guidance from the media team, helping translate campaign activity into useful client insights. Support the identification of account growth opportunities and contribute to initiatives that strengthen client results and long-term relationships. Monitor performance marketing trends, industry developments, and emerging best practices to continuously expand knowledge and contribute new ideas. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns, deliverables, and recommendations remain aligned with client objectives. Complete relevant certifications, training, and professional development activities to strengthen digital marketing and performance marketing expertise. Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Perplexity, and other emerging technologies to improve productivity, workflow quality, clarity, and creative thinking. Share useful prompts, workflow improvements, and experimentation outcomes with colleagues while continuously refining AI-enabled working practices. Requirements 1–2 years of experience working in a digital agency, performance marketing, or comparable digital marketing environment. Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, or similar channels. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with both clients and internal stakeholders. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides. Genuine enthusiasm for learning, professional development, digital marketing, and performance-driven environments. Ability to work proactively and independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced remote setting. Exposure to Google Analytics, HubSpot, ClickUp, or similar marketing and project-management platforms is an advantage. Familiarity with Looker Studio or comparable reporting and data-visualization tools is preferred. Experience with campaign reporting, quality assurance, or client-facing project coordination is a plus. Comfortable experimenting with AI tools and applying them thoughtfully to improve speed, clarity, creativity, and workflow efficiency. Strong alignment with a collaborative, feedback-oriented, results-driven mindset, with a willingness to take ownership rather than rely on constant direction. Benefits Annual compensation of $45,000–$65,000 USD for U.S.-based candidates. Fully remote position available to candidates residing in the United States. Monthly work-from-home stipend to support a productive remote working environment. Summer Fridays and flexible remote-first working arrangements. Unlimited PTO for U.S.-based employees. Parental and family leave options. Comprehensive health benefits and mental health support. Company-paid disability and life insurance coverage. Employer retirement contributions through a 401(k) program. Quarterly performance reviews with opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. Ongoing training, certifications, and opportunities to deepen expertise in performance marketing, digital advertising, analytics, and AI-enabled workflows.
