Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including solution engineers, account technology strategists, customer success teams, and partners to support customer outcomes. Help develop presentations, account plans, and customer-facing materials. Support customer meetings, business reviews, and engagement activities. Monitor account activities and contribute insights that support customer growth and success.
