Our team worked at a small research site for months to understand the problem deeply -- personally calling and speaking to patients -- and then bootstrapped to working with some of the largest clinical research organizations in the world and conducting over a 100k conversations per month. • Our market is gigantic and immensely painful. We can’t mention their names publicly but have landed pilots with top 20 pharma(s) that will grow to $XM+/yr. Our pipeline grows organically due to customer fear of falling behind after hearing from our existing customers. INVESTORS (A16Z, JACK ALTMAN…): We’re now backed by Andreessen Horowitz and other investors like Jack Altman (Co-Founder of Lattice), Ali Rowghani (Former CFO & COO of Twitter), Trey Holterman (CEO & Co-Founder of Tennr) and many others who’ve built category defining healthcare & pharma companies. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re looking for an Account Executive to run the full commercial motion with clinical research sites. You’ll generate pipeline, run and close deals with new sites, and stay on as the primary commercial owner to grow those relationships over time. You’ll work directly with the founding team and be responsible for:
• Owning the end-to-end sales cycle with sites: Source, qualify, and close new business with sites via both inbound and outbound. Take deals from first conversation to signed contract
• Driving expansion within existing site customers: Grow ARR per logo by expanding to more trials and additional locations under the same site network
• Building trusted relationships: Develop and nurture relationships with the customer stakeholders (both execs and clinicians), renew that customer, and cross-sell into that customer WHO YOU ARE:
• You have 2–4+ years of experience in a closing role (AE or similar). Healthcare experience is a plus
• You’ve run full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders and moderate cycle times (3–6+ months), ideally with 6-figure ACVs
• You’re comfortable selling into messy, operational environments and can talk with both executive leadership and front-line clinical staff
• You are a hunter at heart and are excited by the opportunity to self-source your pipeline WHY ALLEVIATE: We’re going after the largest problem in one of the largest markets in the world.
