Our solutions automate lending operations for consumer finance companies across the lending value chain. About the Role Prodigal is looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our core sales team. We’re a small team and looking for someone with at least 3 years of Mid-Market Sales experience. We are looking for a self-starter with a passion for solving problems and delighting their customers. You will be working with a wide range of companies and have the opportunity to work on strategic, complex deals. Location - Mountain View, CA (Hybrid; ~1 hour drive from Mountain View, CA so we can meet in person 3-5 times a week) What you'll do Drive revenue growth by selling Prodigal’s AI agents to CXOs/VPs of Lenders, BPOs/Call centers with a typical sales cycle of ~90-120 days Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads passed on by the BDR team, and managing opportunities through the sales funnel to close a quota of $800k+ annually. Work closely with the leadership team to shape and execute sales strategies, helping to position the product and highlight its unique value propositions. Partner with the BDR, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and optimize end-to-end sales processes. Gather and share insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity to influence product roadmap and company strategy. What you'll bring 3+ years in a full cycle sales role Strong discovery and interpersonal skills High agency and unafraid to experiment and learn Relentless pipeline generation, partnering with Marketing and Sales Development but also executing your own daily and weekly outreach through multiple channels Experience in consumer finance is a huge plus; understanding our buyers needs: customer service and collections within agencies, BPOs, automotive and healthcare revenue management businesses Located near Mountain View ~1 hour drive so we can meet 3-5 times a week to brainstorm 90 Day plan Day 0-30 - Acquire domain knowledge, understand our App-suite, master debt-collection talk tracks Day 30-60 - Take over 15 active Mid-Market opportunities. Day 60-90 - Close your first $100k+ ARR deal.
