Account Manager (Overlay product)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Account Manager (Overlay product) based in the United States. This experienced Account Manager role supports retirement plan clients across Enhanced, Comprehensive, and Institutional 3(16) services. You will manage a significant portfolio of client and advisor relationships while delivering responsive, high-quality service and issue resolution. The position combines client relationship management with detailed oversight of compliance, contributions, plan administration, and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with recordkeepers, administrators, auditors, legal partners, and clients to ensure critical deadlines and obligations are met. Your expertise in ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations will help clients maintain compliant and effectively administered retirement plans. The role also provides opportunities to mentor colleagues, contribute to team initiatives, and support complex and high-value retirement accounts. Success requires strong judgment, confidentiality, organization, communication, and the ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
