Account Manager (Property)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Account Manager (Property) based in Canada. This is a fully remote account management opportunity focused on growing and retaining revenue across an established portfolio of multi-location property clients. You will own strategic relationships with executive stakeholders while identifying opportunities for renewals, upsells, and cross-sells. The role combines consultative selling, contract negotiation, account planning, and long-term partnership development. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to deliver strong client outcomes. A key focus will be helping property organizations address localized marketing, visibility, reputation, and customer experience challenges at scale. You’ll operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where initiative, creativity, and commercial discipline are highly valued. This is an opportunity to directly influence customer retention, account expansion, and revenue growth within a growing B2B technology business.
