Build trusted relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor and virtual CTO. Understand customer business priorities and develop technology strategies across AI, cloud, security, data, and business applications. Lead executive briefings, workshops, and strategic discussions that accelerate digital transformation and innovation. Assess customer technology landscapes and recommend solutions that improve resilience, security, efficiency, and business agility. Provide thought leadership on emerging technology trends and industry best practices. Apply deep knowledge of the IT Enabled Services (ITeS) industry, including business models, operational challenges, and technology trends. Create referenceable customer success stories that demonstrate measurable business impact. Continuously build expertise in AI, cloud, cybersecurity, and digital transformation technologies. Experience engaging and influencing executive-level decision makers, including CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and business leaders. Experience leading AI, cloud modernisation, cybersecurity, or digital innovation programmes. Industry-recognised certifications in Cloud, AI, Security, Architecture, or related technology domains. Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting, and strategic planning skills. 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, pre-sales, solution consulting, technical consulting, or technology strategy roles, with a proven track record of driving customer business outcomes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Develop and execute adoption and consumption strategies that maximise customer value and long-term success. Demonstrate the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards. Proactively identify and manage risks while supporting governance and compliance initiatives.
