As our Accountant Intern, you will gain the fundamental hands-on experience that will drive your career in accounting and financial operations. Your learning mindset, attention to detail, and passion for supporting sound financial practices will contribute to the success of our projects while helping maintain accurate, compliant, and efficient accounting processes. In this role, you will work alongside our accounting and project teams to support a variety of financial and administrative activities. Your day-to-day responsibilities may consist of assisting with accounts payable processes, researching invoice-related correspondence, supporting vendor and subcontractor payment requests, maintaining compliance documentation, participating in project accounting reviews, assisting with month-end close activities, reconciling project financial data, and helping ensure accurate recordkeeping across multiple projects. Successful interns in this role are team players, motivated, dependable, and eager to learn, with strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic understanding of accounting principles, accounts payable processes, financial reporting, and reconciliation concepts
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is preferred
Experience through coursework, internships, or accounting-related projects is a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
