MAKE AN IMPACT Locations - Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon Experience: 8+ Years Notice period –Immediate Job Description – BA (Accounts): Strong Business Analysis experience with proven expertise in Retail Banking and Digital Transformation initiatives. Experience in customer onboarding and digital account servicing journeys , including process mapping and end-to-end delivery support. Ability to work closely with Product Owners, Technology, and Operations teams to capture, refine, and document business requirements. Hands-on experience in Agile delivery , including creating epics, user stories, and backlog management using tools such as Jira and Confluence . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills , with the ability to engage global teams. Prior experience working with large global banks will be advantageous.
