Requirements Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, economics, data science, finance, or another quantitative discipline. Commitment to pursuing the Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society (ACAS) designation; progress toward actuarial examinations is preferred. At least 2 years of relevant professional, internship, academic, or analytical experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to communicate analytical findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, verbally and in writing. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently with appropriate direction, and collaborate across teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience or coursework involving Property & Casualty insurance, actuarial science, pricing, underwriting, claims, or insurance operations is preferred. Working knowledge of SQL, R, Python, Power BI, or comparable analytical and data-visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with current insurance trends and P&C insurance operations is advantageous.
