Ad Build Specialist - CO Remote

About the Role We're looking for a fully remote Ad Build Specialist to support one of our biggest client accounts. This is an execution-focused role where speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are critical. You'll gain a deep fundamental understanding of how Meta Ads Manager works, including campaign, ad set, ad settings, how they impact delivery,spend and an advertisers overall performance in the digital ecosystem. We offer a full training program that covers the basics of what you will need to know, as well as additional optional sessions on other platforms, concepts and skills related to digital marketing  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Build digital ads to specification across Meta and other advertising platforms Execute high-volume ad creation requests with speed and accuracy Follow established naming conventions, campaign structures, and platform requirements Conduct quality assurance checks before launch Participate in training programs, including ad-platform-level training Collaborate with teammates to meet deadlines and support campaign launches Opportunity for overtime pay at x rate based on client needs Requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Reliable and able to follow established processes Strong organizational skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and workflows Interest in digital marketing and advertising No prior ad operations experience required Our interview process includes, but is not limited to the following: Excel, English and Typing Test We offer a competitive salary and benefits based on ability level, including: Base salary DOE This is a remote role, but must be based in Colombia.
