Complete scholarship details
The Adelaide University Summer Research Scholarship gives continuing coursework students practical experience in a research team and encourages progression toward research careers and postgraduate study. Up to 315 scholarships are available for six-week research projects during the 2026–27 summer semester. Each scholarship has a total value of AU$2,000. Applicants must identify an appropriate project and supervisor, complete the Research Project and Supervisor Form, obtain the supervisor's valid signature and submit one application for one project by the closing date.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be continuing Adelaide University students and be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, New Zealand citizens, permanent humanitarian visa holders, or international students currently studying at Adelaide University with an appropriate visa permitting study in Australia beyond February 2027. Applicants must be in a bachelor's-level program or postgraduate coursework program, have completed at least one year (48 units) of a bachelor's program or be enrolled in postgraduate coursework, and be enrolled in 2026.
