Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee day-to-day administrative operations, office management, PRO coordination, and compliance across UAE operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office administration and facilities
- Coordinate with PRO for visas, licenses, and renewals
- Supervise admin and support staff
- Handle vendors, procurement, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of UAE experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa processes
