Our partner is looking for a Administration Copay Assistants (Bilingual - Fluent in French) based in Canada. This opportunity is designed for bilingual administrative professionals and science graduates interested in building a career in drug safety and pharmacovigilance. You’ll support the management of clinical and patient information while helping ensure safety documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with established procedures. The role combines information management, database administration, quality checks, document handling, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll work with sensitive healthcare information and contribute to processes that support patient assistance and drug safety programs. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills are essential in this quality-focused environment. The position is also suitable for qualified recent graduates with a strong academic background and fluency in both French and English. This is a full-time remote opportunity offering a pathway to gain valuable experience within the pharmaceutical and pharmacovigilance field.
Receive, scan, review, and document relevant clinical and patient information in accordance with applicable SOPs, protocols, legislation, and program requirements. Enter and maintain accurate information in program-specific databases and quality management systems. Review patient information within databases and ensure documentation meets established client and program requirements. Attach Post Infusion Reports to relevant databases to support patient assistance and drug safety program documentation. Communicate directly with internal and external clients to request additional information, clarification, or follow-up when required. Sort, file, review, and process incoming faxes, documents, and other relevant communications. Assist with the translation and processing of documents as required. Perform quality checks on adverse event reports according to applicable work instructions. Support literature search and review activities related to drug safety and pharmacovigilance. Perform reconciliation activities with internal and external clients and partners. Conduct follow-up activities and seek clarification to ensure safety reports are complete and accurately documented. Complete additional duties and assignments as required based on business and program needs. Participate in standby or on-call coverage when required for the role. Requirements Minimum of a science-related graduation with 6 months to 1 year of experience for candidates interested in developing a career in Drug Safety or Pharmacovigilance. Recent graduates with a strong academic background and fluency in French and English are also encouraged to apply. Diploma or degree with a concentration in Life Sciences is considered a strong asset. Previous knowledge or experience in the pharmacovigilance industry is an asset. Experience in the medical or pharmaceutical field is beneficial. Familiarity with medical terminology is an asset. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to interact with unilingual English-speaking customers, patients, and cross-functional colleagues. Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Excellent organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Superior attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to consistently meet deadlines and work within established procedures. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate and resolve issues efficiently. Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills as responsibilities and requirements evolve. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and related tools. Reliable internet connection suitable for remote work. Availability to work any 8-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM , when required. Benefits Full-time remote work opportunity in Canada. Annual salary budget of CAD $50,000–$52,000 .
