Full job description
The position supports residency, work-permit, national-ID and visa processes for expatriate staff and eligible dependants; government and customs coordination; records and correspondence; travel logistics; facilities and meeting support; data/reporting systems; and administrative or secretarial tasks for the resident office.
Requirements & qualifications
The official EBRD posting calls for a relevant bachelor's degree such as business, public administration or international relations, substantial relevant administrative experience, fluent English, the local office language, strong organisational and numeracy skills, and prior administrative or secretarial experience. SAP familiarity is desirable.
