As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive support to a group of senior leaders in a fast-paced trading and research environment. You will work directly with direct stakeholders, coordinate with external parties, and play a critical role in ensuring strong communication across the organization. This position requires on-site work from our Chicago office at least four days per week. Your Core Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support for up to four senior managers. Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones. Coordinate on-site logistics for meetings and presentations, such as audio/visual, meeting rooms, agendas, and meals as needed. Manage travel logistics, including accommodations, transportation, and meals, according to IMC’s policies. Manage and submit business expenses and prepare reports on such as needed. Assist stakeholders with internal and external communications, activity and event planning, and space planning. Liaise with Events team on event logistics, venues, transportation, menus, etc. Your Skills and Experience: 4+ years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior managers; experience supporting multiple people preferred. Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to manage multiple individual preferences and requirements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong time management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency with MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and an aptitude for learning new software and systems. Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and tackle new challenges. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Please note that immigration sponsorship is not offered for this specific opening. The Base Salary range for the role is included below. Base salary is only one component of total compensation; all full-time, permanent positions are eligible for a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave and insurance.
