Key Responsibilities
Strategic
- Prepare baselines/updates aligned with BU KPIs, ensuring compliance with planning strategy and sector rules.
- Coordinate with Design/Procurement/Cost/Site to support predictability and dependency sequencing.
- Maintain high-quality progress, productivity, and risk data while ensuring compliance with EPPM/BI/ACC.
- Apply standardized WBS/coding structures and maintain accurate daily data that feeds predictive indicators.
- Build awareness of how planning outputs affect cost, claims, risk, and business performance.
Operational
- Support EPPM updates, BI dashboards, and data validation to feed early-warning and predictability indicators.
- Assist Planning Engineers in compiling weekly summaries, risk flags, and procurement/design tracking.
- Record daily progress, micro-schedules, productivity data, and update logs with full accuracy.
