Full job description
The Graduate Talent Acquisition Specialist supports end-to-end recruitment for Emirati and early-career talent, sourcing, phone screening, shortlisting, university and government partnerships, career fairs, graduate intakes, talent pipelines and recruitment reporting. The role is listed as contract and hybrid in Dubai and is part of the 24-month Advance program.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants must be UAE nationals with a valid Family Book and have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or a related field. AECOM asks for undergraduate completion in 2024 or later, strong communication and organizational skills, and English proficiency; HR or recruitment internship experience is an advantage.
