• Develop and execute an affiliate strategy, identifying key affiliates and building strategic partnerships to increase exposure and revenue;
• Research, identify, and recruit new affiliate partnerships, targeting both established industry players and affiliates new to the space;
• Drive revenue across all types of online publishers, including review websites, blogs, journals, and other online media;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, including regular partner visits and networking;
• Analyze performance, identify underperforming areas, and work with the wider marketing team (CRO, Content, SEO, and other experts) to drive affiliate growth;
• Collaborate with the Product team to ensure partner editorial teams have access to the latest product updates and releases;
• Regularly monitor performance reports, identify issues and opportunities, and take action to improve results;
• Continuously explore new opportunities, including channels, niches, funnels, and innovative partnership models. CORE REQUIREMENTS
• 4+ years of experience in affiliate partnerships/account management and online marketing;
• Fluent English communication skills; French, German, or Italian would be an advantage;
• Working knowledge of digital marketing disciplines such as CRO, PPC, content marketing, SEO, and social media marketing;
• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and performance metrics;
• Solid negotiation skills with a focus on achieving tangible business results;
• Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively;
• A strong network of editorial and affiliate contacts, as well as experience working with Media Buyers and/or Influencers, would be an advantage;
• Experience with attribution/tracking platforms, CRM and automation tools, and web and data analytics tools would be a bonus. Your application should be submitted in English. WHAT WE OFFER
