Lyra’s Mental Health Coaches are part of our innovative coaching program. We provide training in our evidence-based mental health coaching model and provide clients directly to you via our easy online booking platform. We manage the business operations so you can focus on what you do best: providing high-quality coaching.

This is a fully remote, contractor position.

● You focus on coaching the whole person, rather than focusing on fixing or problem-solving. ● You are comfortable coaching clients as they navigate mental and emotional barriers ● You are open to helping clients learn and practice coaching principles such as acceptance, mindfulness, and self-compassion ● You demonstrate the ability to authentically connect and be present with your clients ● You are independent, experienced using technology to connect with clients, and open to learning and using new content. ● You are passionate about mental health An important note: Lyra's clients come from a multitude of different backgrounds and experiences, and have varying needs and abilities. We strive to continue to meet their unique needs by delivering culturally responsive care—an approach that accounts for the impact of cultural backgrounds on each person’s care experience.

As a contracted Mental Health Coach, you'll provide remote short-term, evidence-based coaching sessions with adults. You will: ● Participate in training related to Lyra’s evidence-based mental health coaching model. ● Support clients around their emotional and mental health by practicing empathy, holding a warm, safe space, exploring difficult emotions, focusing on coaching the person rather than trying to solve or fix the problem, and offering research-backed skills and practices ● Share assessments with your clients between sessions to enhance learning, monitor client improvement, and ensure clients are receiving the right form of care. ● Engage in ongoing clinical consultation with Lyra’s expert clinical team who will help you ensure clients are in the right form of care ● Maintain adherence to Lyra’s coaching model and quality standards

● Education: Bachelors degree from an accredited institution (or 10+ years of relevant professional experience). ● Professional Certification: Credentialed by a recognized coaching body such as the Israeli Association of Coaching (CCIL) or global bodies (ICF, AC, EMCC Global). ● Training & Practicum: ○ Minimum 175 hours of core theoretical coaching education. ○ Minimum 100 hours of supervised practicum and 24 hours of mentoring/supervision. ○ Proven practical experience of at least 100 coaching hours with adults post-certification. ● Professional Membership: Active membership in good standing with CCIL, ICF, AC, or EMCC.
