About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Affiliate Manager to drive global affiliate partnerships for one of the fastest-growing proprietary trading firms in the world. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-impact affiliate growth strategies.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and agencies worldwide.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and commission structures.
- Monitor campaign performance, optimise conversions, and ensure ROI.
- Build and maintain strong affiliate relationships with consistent communication.
- Identify growth opportunities through analytics and reporting.
- Represent the brand in affiliate communities with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4 years experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Data-driven mindset with solid analytical and reporting ability.
- Existing affiliate network in trading, fintech, or finance is advantageous.
- Proven track record of driving measurable performance results.
