Africa-UniNet's 7th Call is open for Austria–Africa research cooperation projects, with Austrian member institutions eligible to submit and coordinate projects together with active African member institutions.

The call supports inter- and transdisciplinary cooperation between Austria and African member institutions. Applications are submitted through OeAD's StipOnline portal, and each consortium must include at least one Austrian and at least one African Africa-UniNet member institution.
Eligibility requirements
Only Austrian Africa-UniNet member institutions are eligible to submit and coordinate. African member institutions can participate as project partners. All participating institutions must be active Africa-UniNet members with the 2026 membership requirement satisfied. One application may be submitted per project coordinator.
