Young citizens of Chad aged 15–21 can enter the African Union competition to design the logo and visual identity for the AU Theme of the Year 2027.

The 2027 theme connects the AU's 25th anniversary, SAATM and new technologies for continental integration. Awards are USD 5,000 first place, USD 3,000 second and USD 2,000 third; the winning concept will be refined for official AU use in 2027.
Eligibility requirements
Citizens of all AU Member States aged 15–21 on the deadline. Individual entries only; students, designers, artists, digital creatives and innovators are welcome without formal qualifications. One entry per applicant. Generative AI is not permitted for submitted designs.
