Manage assigned travel requests accurately and efficiently while meeting established telephone, quality, productivity, and service-level expectations. Research travel-related issues, identify appropriate solutions, and take corrective action when reservations or itineraries require adjustment. Monitor, sort, and work Global Distribution System queues to maintain daily quality control and ensure travel requests are processed appropriately. Communicate with external travel vendors and relevant travel consultants to resolve booking issues and support effective service delivery. Participate in training and ongoing development related to GDS platforms, travel software, and evolving travel procedures. Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines. Keep management informed of significant issues, trends, or operational concerns affecting assigned travel activities. Support special projects and other operational responsibilities as assigned. Working knowledge of Global Distribution Systems and travel reservation processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to communicate professionally with travelers, colleagues, and external vendors. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and knowing when to seek additional support. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving capabilities, particularly when resolving unexpected travel issues. Ability to work accurately with sensitive and confidential information. Comfortable adapting to varying situations, interpreting instructions, and working with limited standardization. Demonstrated strengths in customer focus, technology adoption, decision-making, quality, action orientation, process optimization, relationship building, effective communication, and trust. Benefits Company-paid benefits: Basic Life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, Employee Assistance Program, health advocacy, and transition support.
