Full job description
The lawyer advises on e-government, GDPR, information security, NIS2 and the EU AI Act, supports procurement under Swedish public-procurement rules, negotiates SaaS, licence and cloud contracts, advises on security-protection law and cyber or personal-data incidents, produces legal analyses and trains staff.
Requirements & qualifications
Swedish law degree (270 credits) or equivalent; very good spoken and written Swedish and English; at least three years of qualified legal work from a court, government agency, law firm or equivalent; multi-year documented IT-law experience across several relevant areas; and experience negotiating and drafting commercial IT agreements.
