Full job description
Provides ground assistance to passengers departing and arriving on Vacations-Hawaii chartered flights. Assists in the efficient transfer of passengers arriving and departing on inter-island airline chartered flights. Meets, greets, and provides general direction and instruction on tour packages.
Job Functions

Meet arriving flights, assist with passenger and baggage check-in.

Assist at security check points and facilitate handling of passengers needing special assistance.

Facilitate the boarding of all passengers.

Assist arriving passengers with baggage problems, including damaged or lost items.

Assist transit passengers who connect form charter to inter-island flights.

Other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications and requirements
- Prior related experience strongly preferred.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
