ABOUT THE ROLE Own the end-to-end deployment lifecycle for AI agents at enterprise freight and logistics organizations, from kickoff through production launch, hypercare, and scaled rollout. You will work across customer operations, IT, business, product, and engineering teams to make implementations successful and build repeatable processes that help customers realize value. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead enterprise customer deployments from kickoff through go-live, hypercare, and broader rollout.
- Map customer workflows and configure AI agents with operations, IT, and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate integrations and troubleshoot technical issues with product and engineering teams.
- Share customer feedback and deployment insights to inform product improvements.
- Create playbooks, templates, and best practices that improve implementation speed and consistency.
- Support change management and train operators to use AI tools confidently. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 2 years of experience in implementation, deployment, or technical project management, including end-to-end enterprise B2B software implementations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, including APIs, databases, system integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience coordinating projects across multiple stakeholders, navigating complex organizations, building trust, and driving delivery on schedule.
- Experience in at least two of these areas: systems, integrations, and AI agent behavior; freight, supply chain, or operations-heavy environments; structured problem-solving in a comparable consulting or business environment.
- Fluent English and proficient German, with clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with AI agents, LLMs, software development, logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, change management, or operator training is valuable.
- Must be authorized to work in Germany. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Hybrid arrangement with regular work from the office in Berlin, Germany.
