Full job description
The role leads agent openers, monitors legal and policy compliance, coordinates branding and liquidity support, manages field risk and underperforming agents, and serves as a primary contact for agency networks.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires fluency in French and a good command of a local language, at least 2 years of relevant experience managing an agent network in Burkina Faso including at least 1 year managing field teams, and a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or equivalent. Burkina Faso work authorization is required.
