The ideal candidate should have established hands-on experience in using LLMs to implement AI solutions such as chatbots, agents, and AI generated insights/summarization.
What You’ll Do • Deliver customer value through continuous, iterative software releases. • Work in an Agile/Scrum environment and contribute to ongoing team improvements. • Lead AI focused- design discussions, system design, development, reviews, and CI/CD efforts. • Produce technical documentation (diagrams, notes, comments, use cases, training materials). • Support internal/external users and assist in solution delivery and training. • Promote best practices in AI engineering; research and prototype new approaches and tools. • Partner with Architecture on standards for AI enabled- applications.
What You Bring Preferred Knowledge • HTML, CSS, JavaScript; C#, .NET, SQL Server • Model Context Protocol; fine-tuning/model distillation • VS, TFS, Git; test automation (unit/smoke/integration) • Azure DevOps; performance/security/scalability fundamentals
Position Description Strong Skills In • Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Services, Semantic Kernel or LangChain • RAG, embeddings, vector databases • Prompt engineering • SOA, .NET Framework/Core, Web APIs • Design patterns (DI, MVC) and code management best practices
Your Capabilities • Work effectively in Agile/Scrum with ADO • Analyze requirements, design solutions/tests, apply design patterns • Lead AI -focused testing methodologies • Follow SDLC and develop deep product/domain expertise • Deliver high quality- work with strong detail orientation • Prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly • Own features from concept to delivery • Communicate clearly (written and verbal) and reason analytically • Demonstrate teamwork, ethics, customer focus, initiative, critical thinking, and adaptability • Build relationships, show confidence, and use assertiveness appropriately
Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent. • 5+ years of relevant experience. • Established hands-on experience in using LLMs to implement AI solutions such as chatbots, agents, and AI generated insights/summarization.
Work Environment Typical software engineering environment; may require occasional additional hours.
