Job Title: AI Intern, Enterprise Agent Development Supervisor: Head of AI for Industry, Digital & Intelligent Technology Center Location: Piscataway, NJ (Onsite preferably, but open to US Remote for the right candidate) Compensation: Targeting $30 - $40 per hour based on experience level. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI Agents. Build capabilities such as task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration using large language models. Integrate AI Agents with enterprise systems, including ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems, to automate cross-system business processes. Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and Agent tools. Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI Agent solutions in real-world enterprise scenarios. Qualifications Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field Understanding of software engineering fundamentals and proficiency in Java and Python. Experience in large language model application development, with an understanding of prompt engineering and function calling. Hands-on experience with Agent development frameworks, particularly LangGraph and Agent Scope. Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and common enterprise system integration methods. Strong system design, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
