• Du betreibst aktives Business Development und Pre-Sales, akquirierst Kunden aus Deinem sowie unserem Netzwerk. • Du moderierst und leitest XIAD-Workshops aus der Microsoft-Serie. • Du hältst Vorträge auf Konferenzen, Messen und Events (z. B. TDWI, D:U, Automotive Masterminds) und trittst als Speaker in Podcasts namhafter Brands auf. • Du positionierst Dich sichtbar nach innen und nach außen – durch Schulungen, Workshops und aktive Kommunikation. • Du berätst Kunden strategisch zu KI-Themen und setzt diese operativ und hands-on um. • Du arbeitest an innovativen First-Mover-Projekten rund um moderne AI-Technologien. • Du baust Deine persönliche Positionierung als Thought-Leader auf und lebst sie aktiv (LinkedIn, Communities, Viva Engage).
Was wir uns von Dir wünschen
• Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Pre-Sales und Business Development sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis. • Du hast Erfahrung mit oder ein starkes Interesse an AI- & Data-Plattformen wie Microsoft Fabric & Copilot, SAP Joule, Databricks, Blockbrain o. Ä. • Du besitzt eine hohe Lernbereitschaft sowie die Motivation, Dich im KI-Umfeld zu spezialisieren und zu zertifizieren. • Du hast ein Solution-Maker-Mindset: flexibel, positiv, kundenorientiert, souverän, kommunikationsstark und überzeugend im Auftreten. • Du bist reisefreudig und hast Freude an aktivem, operativem Doing sowie KI-Strategieberatung. • Du hast eine aktive und professionelle LinkedIn-Präsenz und teilst Dein Wissen auch intern.
